I use these puma shoes for everyday wear and for running on a treadmill. I love the fact that they breathe well, don't get too hot. These are comfortable for all-day wear too. I don't have to change shoes for each activity that I do during the day. Just wear these all day.

These run very narrow. They are very cute and comfy, but I normally wear an 8.5. Sometimes a 9. I needed a 9.5 in these puma drift cat. The 9 was so tight it hurt.
