Customer service was always pleasant, but kept promising that the shoes would be fast shipping or so and then nothing came.

These are very comfortable Puma Speed Cat Big . The drawback is they can get a bit hot, because of the material. I live in Texas, so the heat can be a factor, but very stylish, and very comfortable for kicking around the course.
